I CAN TUTORING PROGRAM
Another method of reaching out to the youth is to assist them with homework. A tutoring program will begin on Monday, December 12, 2011. This program will be extended to children who are and are not members of the church. Students from kindergarten to eighth grade will be able to take advantage of the tutoring services from 6 to 7pm. Church members have been a part of the county school system will provide assistance to the students.
CHILDREN'S WORSHIP
The Sunday school has implemented a new program under the youth ministry entitled Children’s Worship. Children’s Worship is every second and forth Sundays. This program will enlighten our youth to discover the Word of God. 
As the congregation prepares to greet each other and visitors during the church service, the children will retreat to an instruction area to learn about life principles, morals, and how they relate to biblical practices. They will also learn about biblical characters and lessons. A lay speaker will present a ten minute lesson that corresponds to the sermon. Teachers and junior assistants will work on a rotating schedule to deliver instruction.
11th Leadership Training at Mt Calvary UMC

The topic will be “7 Leadership Imperatives From a Wild Man” and “What Is The Role of the Church Council”. All persons in leadership positions should attend Leadership Training
