Intercessory Prayer - What is it?
Intercessory prayer is prayer for others. An intercessor is one who takes the place of another or pleads another's case. One study Bible defines intercession as "holy, believing, persevering prayer whereby someone pleads with God on behalf of another or others who desperately need God's intervention."
Prayer Partnering - What is it?
If two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, there I am in their midst.” (Matthew 18: 19, 20)
A prayer group is a place where you can join together with others in a relaxed, intimate, confidential atmosphere to share the things nearest to your hearts, and pray about those situations you choose not to discuss in other contexts.
